Bill Palmer: Six things I wish Apple would have done differently in the past six years. “In fact, there are only a handful of things I wish the company had done differently in the Jobs era. Now I’m not referring to things that might have directly benefited me while not being the best move for the health of the platform (free iPods for everyone named “Bill”, for example). I’m talking about moves that, if handled differently, might have made the overall Mac platform even more excellent as we enter 2004 than it already is.”
